    The first option is living on post. Your second option is using your BAH to rent or buy a home off post.

    • Single and Unaccompanied Soldiers can contact Better Opportunities for Single Soldiers (BOSS) at (757) 878-2067.

    • Fort Eustis on-post housing is privatized and operated by Balfour Beatty Communities (757) 369-8335, which offers 9 communities with 2-4 bedroom single family, duplex and townhouse style homes based on pay grade and family size. Home amenities may include washer/dryer hookups, fully equipped kitchens, and fenced yards. Community amenities include: fitness rooms, splash parks and playgrounds.

    Fort Eustis is home to the U.S. Army Transportation Corps and the U.S. Army Aviation Logistics School. The facility is now known as Joint Base Langley-Eustis as it was combined with Langley Air Force Base in October 2010.
